When can I watch the videos for Artist Talks, Curator Talk and Bonus Talk?

The videos for Artist Talks, Curator Talk, and Bonus Talk will be released simultaneously with the programs.

You can watch these videos from the list on the Vimeo program page.

見逃し配信期間とは？

今回のイベントでは、チケット販売期間が設定されています。
　プログラム公開から：
　　A、Gプログラム……48時間
　　上記以外……１週間
　※チケットは、こちらの期間内に必ずご購入ください。

また、チケット購入時点から下記の期間ご視聴いただけます。

What is the extended screening period?

Schedule of ticket sales is as follows:

A&G programs - 48 hours from the release time
other programs - 1 week from the release time

※ Please make sure to purchase your ticket within the stated period

Also, you can only view programs for the period stated below:

other programs - 1 week from purchase

購入したプログラムは、何度視聴することが可能ですか？

ご購入いただいたプログラムは、同じアカウントに限り、見逃し配信期間を含めた配信終了まで何度でもご視聴いただけます。

How many times can I watch the program I purchased?

You will be able to watch your purchased program only in the same account, as many times as you want until the end of the streaming period which is one week from the scheduled screening of the programs. (except for A & G which is for 48 hours from the initial screening)

画質が荒れて見えます。

インターネットの接続環境により、動画が荒れる場合があります。

再生バーの右下の設定ボタンを押して、設定を1080P、720Pなどに変更すると改善する場合がございます。

The video looks blurry on my screen.

Internet connection might affect streaming video quality.

Please press the setting button on the bottom right-hand corner and change the video quality to 1080p or 720p.

This might solve the problem.

If you cannot watch the films or if they're not loading correctly, please refresh your browser. Also, please check your registered email and see if you have received the payment confirmation.

映画祭専用サイト（https://www.placemfilmfestival.tokyo）、各プログラムの" 視聴する" ボタンをクリックしていただくか、

直接、Vimeoのプログラムページリンクからアクセスしてください。

If you can not click the ‘play’ button in the purchased page on your vimeo accounts, even though you have several hours remaining for the viewing period, please access from the festival website （https://www.placemfilmfestival.tokyo）and click ‘Watch this program’ for the program, or directly enter each program’s on demand URL on your browser.
